1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the relatrakvo website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Educational Disclaimer (Clay Modeling & Pottery)
relatrakvo provides educational content and training services related to clay modeling and pottery. Any examples, demonstrations, project outcomes, or references to skill development are for educational purposes only. Results depend on individual practice and dedication, as well as factors such as materials, tools, drying conditions, kiln schedules, and personal pacing.
Safety note: working with clay, tools, glazes, and kilns can involve hazards (dust exposure, sharp tools, heat). You are responsible for following appropriate safety practices and, where applicable, studio rules.
3. Description of the Site and Services
The Site provides information about relatrakvo’s clay modeling and pottery course programme, including course structure, learning objectives, registration interest, and ways to contact us. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
The Site is a lead-generation and informational website. It is not an e-commerce storefront. Any enrollment, scheduling, and pricing discussions (if applicable) are handled via direct communication after you contact us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access or probe non-public areas of the Site, bypass security, or test vulnerabilities without permission.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and is governed by their terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards (such as antivirus and safe browsing practices).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, relatrakvo Education LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total direct liability for claims related to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless relatrakvo Education LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your submission of information that is false, unlawful, or infringes the rights of a third party.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, hosting provider failures, or cyberattacks.
11. International Use
The Site is operated from Czechia. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Site from outside Czechia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts with jurisdiction in the Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please provide a brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your access creates security or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and relatrakvo Education LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
17. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
18. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
19. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after posting on this page, unless a change is required by law or is needed to address an immediate security concern. The “Last Updated” date indicates when this page was last revised.
20. Electronic Communications
By using the Site and communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us in electronic form. You agree that electronic notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
